Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) has been at the heart of GF Genovate Ltd’s business since it was founded in 2013. During 2017 we have experienced strong growth in the company, which has been reciprocated in Green Frog Genovates investments in people and work within local communities.
Staff Training and R&D Achievements:
- The staff training budget this year has been estimated to be over £90,000; which is the equivalent of £ 2,800 for every employee. This is more than 2.5 times more than the average UK SME training budget per head of £1,068. - GF Genovate has quadrupled its R&D investments in 2017 with further expansion planned.

GF Genovate have sponsored in the following sporting ventures this year: - £4000 in sponsorship of RS Aero Sailing Events - £900 in sponsorship of Old Brodleians Rugby Union Football Club. - £650 in sponsorship of Drighlington Amateur Rugby League Football Club. - £4500 in sponsorship of the training of a competitor in a World Title MMA Bout.
Quality, Environment and Health and Safety Accreditations: - GF Genovate have been awarded ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification for the first time in 2017. We hope for many continuing years of subscription.
Corporate Governance: - GFG adopted a formal Corporate and Social Responsibility Policy for the first time.
Human Rights and Ethics: - GFG continue to support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights; - Anti-corruption and Anti-slavery policies have been incorporated into the business in 2017. - GFG are committed to ensuring that the welfare of workers and labour conditions within the logistics supply chain meet or exceed recognised standards.
